With “Lollipop,” Wayne crafted one of the biggest crossover singles ever, establishing the complete hip-hop domination he'd been talking about for years. If there were still any doubters, “A Milli” proved not only that he could play in the pop lane, but that he could out-rap just about anyone.

Drake and Wayne have been friends for more than a decade. Wayne eventually signed Drake to his Young Money label, thrusting the former child star into rap glory. They went on to release a string of hits together – like “HYFR” and 2017's “Family Feud.”

The Chris Robinson-directed clip tells the story of an abused mother, who unintentionally leads her daughter to relive her own vicious cycle. "I have a daughter, Wayne has a daughter, and he really wanted to tell the story," Robinson told MTV News. "We were talking about statistics of abuse in our community.
