Topping off our list as the champions of the Carabao Cup is Liverpool with a record nine victories, just beating Manchester City's eight. The Reds' first Carabao Cup win came in 1981 when they defeated West Ham 2-1 in front of a 100 thousand-strong Wembley crowd.

Liverpool will receive just £100,000 in prize money after their Carabao Cup triumph, with Chelsea earning £50,000. Fulham and Middlesbrough, who made the semis, only netted £25,000 for reaching that stage, while teams who were knocked out earlier didn't earn any prize money.

It will be held at Wembley Stadium and will kick-off at 3pm instead of the originally scheduled 4:30pm. An EFL spokesperson said: "Following representations from the Metropolitan Police UK, the local safety advisory group has determined the 2024 Carabao Cup final will now kick-off at 3pm.

The 2024 EFL Cup final was the final match of the 2023–24 EFL Cup. It was played between Chelsea and Liverpool, in a repeat of the 2022 final, at Wembley Stadium in London, England, on 25 February 2024. Liverpool won the match 1–0 after extra time to secure a record tenth EFL Cup title.
