Last weekend, during the 2024 SFS Commencement ceremonies, SFS Professor Shantayanan Devarajan presented the citation for the honorary degree for our commencement speaker, World Trade Organization Director-General Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.

SFS graduate programs celebrated their graduating classes with ceremonies, parties, dinners, happy hours and more! Receptions were held around DC including the @USEmbAustralia, the Spanish Cultural Center, Georgetown Alumni House, Gaston Hall and Car Barn patio.

Last week, Georgetown hosted an array of incredible speakers at commencement ceremonies across the Hilltop. SFS was honored to have Director-General of the @wto @NOIweala for both the graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremonies.

On Saturday morning, the second graduating class of the Dikran Izmirlian Program in Business and Global Affairs (BGA) celebrated the time they spent together and the many achievements of the cohort in a ceremony in Gaston Hall.
