The #Padres have promoted No. 5 prospect Adam Mazur to Triple-A El Paso. Mazur finds himself making his Triple-A debut tonight. He is 3-1 this season with Double-A San Antonio, posting a 1.95 ERA. He already has three quality starts and has thrown 32.1 innings for the Missions.

Manny Machado was asked today if he expects that he can be the player that has carried the Padres in the past. Machado: “Absolutely, absolutely. No question about it.”
