Classroom is available in the Mac App Store and is easy to set up. You can create classes manually without IT support, or work with your school's IT administrator to automatically configure Classroom with roster data for students and classes.

You can export and download your data from Classroom. You can download data that hasn't been deleted. You can create an archive to keep for your records or use the data in another service.

Classroom turns your Mac into a powerful teaching assistant, helping you guide students through a lesson, see their progress, and keep them on track. With Classroom, you can easily launch the same app on every student iPad or Mac at the same time or launch a different app for each group of students.

Open Google Classroom and click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner. Then go to More tools > Create shortcut.
